Provide a phone number to call for support. Can't find it in the program or your web site.
Our toll free number for live, US-based technical support is published on our web site and in our products: 800-627-7236. Do note that we do not employ a call center, instead callers are answered by those directly responsible for TNP’s design, service, and sales. If you call and get our voicemail, we are likely helping someone else (or in the midst of planning/implementing/testing new features and improvements for TNP). Please leave a voicemail message and we will call you back as soon as we can (usually within an hour, during normal working hours.) Calls that do not leave a voicemail message are automatically discarded by the system and are not able to be returned.
We pride ourselves on excellent service and support for all our current subscribers. Do note that we are unable to assist callers who do not maintain an active TNP subscription; instead they are welcome to contact us via email at TNPSupport@trimble.com.

Patrick Murphy: The phone number (800-627-7236) is published directly in the TNP help system - open the Help menu, choose Contents, then Contact Information. It is also found at the bottom of our web page, in the Contact Us section.

I've been using TNP since back in the early days when it was "maptech" based in Amesbury , MA and although I've had a few minor issues over the years, I've never had and issues with the level and response of customer service.

I have used the phone support, left a message, and received a call back in a very reasonable amount of time (same day, don't recall exact hours/minutes). Worth noting that when I did get the call back, it was from a person very familiar with the product and very capable of answering questions.

It should be immediately available using the Help button on the program instead of requiring a search of a web page. It may be intuitive to you, but you are not me, or every other customer. It's easy, just add a phone number to the help button.
