Marker symbol and color
I'd like the same marker symbol and color options that I have on the desktop also be available on the mobile app. And changes need to be synchronized, too.

On the mobile app, I'm not aware of any flexibility on marker symbols or colors. If it is possible to add a few options on markers (either color and/or symbol), it would help. For my specific situation, I'm using Topo maps with 50 year old data on locations of houses/structures. To avoid these locations, I'll toggle back and forth with aerial photos to map locations of houses NOT already on the topo map - so that I may avoid them on my surveys. If I could use a different symbol for these structures, it would be easier for me to readily distinguish "mapped" houses from other mapping data collected in the field.

Also, it would be great to be able to change the Font and Marker Icon sizes.
