    I work at a factory that has all of piping, infrastructure, and buildings based on a custom coordinate system that is 22degrees. and 58 minutes west of true north. It also has 1000 foot grids with an origin starting on a certain main building column. I could make the grids 1000 foot but couldn't offset it looks like the custom grid is based on magnetic north. I also could not move the move the grid to place a crossing at the origin. Did I not do something right or is there another way to do this in TNP.
