    This might be a useful tool as well for tracking cell "pings off a given known tower during a SAR, allowing one to use the degrees and radius of a cell antenna.

    Agree! Oneof the first things we do during the hasty phase is bring up range rings and play, "Let's see how far this subject could have gone," with a couple of different variables. This would facilitate the process. Thank you Allen
